Urian has a penchant for being curious.
With an unlikely friendship with the enigmatic doctor clad in black, and a blossoming romance with the daughter of Sable’s most successful man, Urian feels like a Lord’s ransom.
But when an omen of despair shadows the village of Sable, Urian is ushered out into the forefront by his own insistent curiosity and the gnawing need to prove himself useful.

Ghosts of the grim past whisper pleas into the crimson-soaked corridors of Sable Manor. They weave their desires into Urian’s slumbers, heeding him of the inevitable future and feeding him full of terror.
